Guiding Sun Press is committed to maintaining transparency and fairness in all transactions related to its publications, including the literary works of Nitesh Manglik. This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains the terms under which customers may request order cancellations or refunds for purchases made through our platform.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been processed or shipped. Once an order has been confirmed and is in the processing stage, cancellation requests may not always be possible. If a customer wishes to cancel an order, they should contact our support team as soon as possible with their order details. If the cancellation request is approved before shipment, the order will be canceled and the applicable refund will be initiated.

Once a product has been shipped or delivered, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. In such cases, customers may refer to our Returns Policy if the product qualifies for return due to damage, defect, or incorrect delivery.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under certain circumstances, including:

  • Successful cancellation of an order before shipment
  • Receipt of a damaged or defective physical product
  • Delivery of an incorrect item

To request a refund for damaged or incorrect products, customers must notify our support team within seven (7) days of receiving the order and provide relevant details, including photographic evidence if necessary. Each request will be reviewed carefully before approval.

Digital Products

For digital products, including eBooks or downloadable literary content, refunds are generally not provided once the product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded. However, if customers encounter technical issues that prevent access to the purchased content, our team will work to resolve the issue or provide an appropriate solution.

Refund Processing

If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s account, depending on the payment provider’s processing time.
